About Jonathan
Jonathan works with growth-stage companies the way a strong general counsel does: close to the business, fast on what matters, and unwilling to over-lawyer what doesn't. He works across industries, with particular depth in healthcare, technology, and services, where the contracts are dense and the regulation is real, and clients bring him in to keep deals moving without losing the plot on risk.
He advises on commercial contracts, M&A, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance, with deep fluency in healthcare structures like physician practice groups and digital health platforms and in technology and SaaS business models. For companies that aren't ready for a full-time GC, Mond Law serves as fractional General Counsel, senior counsel on call on a predictable monthly engagement.
Jonathan trained at elite international law firms, then moved in-house, serving as Senior Director of Legal at a publicly traded company and later in Chief Legal Officer roles at startups. He earned his J.D. from NYU School of Law. That mix shapes how the firm works: the standards of a top firm, with the judgment of someone who has sat on the client's side of the table.
